Mô tả công việc

Purpose of this position
Working as Oracle ERP & Finance Systems Specialist with strong background on Oracle products and technologies. Monitor and service the day-to-day all monitoring Oracle system and relevant integrated systems of B.Grimm Power Vietnam and B.Grimm Group's subsidiaries in Vietnam to ensure that they are run effectively, efficiently, and compliantly with stakeholder requirements at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oracle Functional Analysis: a liaison between business stakeholders and technical stakeholders
1. Oracle helpdesk: Collaborate with Oracle IT System Administrator and/or vendors to provide daily support and troubleshoot issues for Oracle ERP systems, related modules/applications and integration.
2. Maintain and Implement Oracle Systems: coordinate the new projects implementation related to Oracle systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle FCCS, Oracle EPM). Analyze and design solutions for finance systems, ensuring quality and timely deliverables throughout all project phases.
3. Translate Business Requirements: Gather, define, and document high-level business requirements. Develop detailed functional specifications and project plans, ensuring a proper sign-off process.
4. Transform Requirements into Technical Solutions: Understand user journey needs, conduct business analysis and feasibility study, and design solutions based on requirements. Translate these requirements into technical specifications for developers, and guide users in improving existing processes to align with best practices.
5. Ensure Requirements Accuracy and Completeness: Verify the functional accuracy and completeness of requirements through analysis, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure that project objectives are met by demonstrating and inspecting the solutions.
6. Documentation: Maintain masterdata, report details, technical documents, and user manual as assigned.
7. Continuous System Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and process improvement. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes and enhancements.
8. Accounting Process: Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes, work closely with the accounting team as required.
Oracle System Administration: a 'housekeeper' ensures the system is clean, organized, and secure
9. Configure the Oracle EBS modules, and related policies, including AR, AP, Inventory, eAM, Fixed asset, GL, Procurement, iExpense, and Oracle FCCS to align with business processes, requirements and corporate standard.
10. Oversee the integration of data between the Oracle EBS system and other financial systems or third-party applications, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms.
11. Develop the relevant policies, standard procedures, and processes for system administration. Collaborate closely with the Head Quarter's Oracle IT team to deliver Oracle projects, policies, standards, and integration in Vietnam.
12. Coordinate and participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.
13. Assist in the annual budget preparation for Oracle ERP related operations.
14. Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
Oracle Technical Basis
15. Querying databases and developing custom reports using SQL and PL/SQL.
16. Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
17. Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

Minimum Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Finance and Accounting or related fields.
Professional Experience
• Demonstrated expertise as an ERP system administrator or in a comparable position, particularly within financial systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics with a minimum of 5 years experience in Oracle EBS or ERP systems.
• Experienced in Project Management and Vendor Management
• Experienced in system integration/migration with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP...)
• Experience in developing Oracle EBS and Publisher Analytics reports using SQL and PL/SQL.
Preferred Knowledge
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Have experience in performance optimization techniques for custom-built applications.
• Familiar with SQL, PL/SQL and shell scripting, Oracle Forms, Oracle Report Builder, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).
• Have experience in Oracle database management and Unix programming
