Process and manage customer orders on the internal system, including receiving purchase orders (PO) and updating order information.
Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requests.
Arrange delivery schedules, track shipment status, and handle issues arising during the delivery process.
Collect delivery documents and coordinate with the person in charge for invoice issuance; verify and process AR/AP invoices.
Prepare and send monthly liability reconciliation reports to customers for confirmation.
Maintain accurate transaction records and provide timely support to existing customers.
Manage and develop product items (mainly MRO items) for assigned categories and expand product offerings to customers.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and maintain service quality.
Provide customer support and respond to client inquiries during working hours.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or a related field.
From 1- 2 years of experience in sales administration, order management, or customer service,
merchandiser.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Careful, responsible, and well- organized.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Good English communication is an advantage.
