Mô tả công việc
Main purpose of the position:
This position will execute and coordinate the Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Organizational Development activities for total company.
Job responsibilities:
Learning & Development
•Execute day-to-day training activities and meticulously record all training data and transactions
in the HR system.
•Monitor training standards, generating management reports to support continuous
improvement.
•Lead onboarding sessions, such as Orientation Day and Beer Time, ensuring both high-quality
and timely implementation.
•Perform administrative tasks by collaborating with regional and external stakeholders to
resolve technical issues in e-learning systems.
•Identify, source, and propose external training solutions, ensuring alignment with business
requirements.
•Coordinate with training providers to ensure proper setup and fulfillment of equipment
requirements.
•Ensure the execution of mandatory training programs, both online and offline, including COI, COEC, PSH and others.
•Implement Group/Region L&D and Talent Management initiatives in Vietnam where applicable.
Training Needs Analysis
•Actively participate in the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process and support the L&D
Executive to ensure smooth execution.
Employee Engagement
•Support the implementation of well-being programs.
•Implement Recognition programs on Cerra to foster a motivating culture and enhance
employee engagement.
•Support employee engagement activities, events, projects, and initiatives.
•Implement Group/Region engagement initiatives in the local market where applicable.
OD Operational Management
•Manage and monitor the budget for all Organizational Development (OD) activities, ensuring
cost-effectiveness.
•Ensure all payment and procurement processes for OD activities are completed on time and
comply with company policies.
Yêu cầu
Education: University degree in HR or Business Administration or any related field
Other Qualifications:
Language: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
Experience:
University degree in HR or Business Administration or any related field
Skills:
• Ability to generate effective solutions to new situations and problems.
• Strong interest in talent development.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Creativity and good presentation skills.
• High sense of ownership, attention to detail, and excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office applications; familiarity with HR online systems is preferred.
