Main role: manage CMP-teams' activities and liase with external subcontractor and internal departments to deliver Products & Services to Customer in a right time, quality & cost.
Tracking PO order supplier:

• Receive PO and decide external subcontractor from the subcontractor list, based on their available capacity and capability.
• Coordinate with all the processing outside supplier about their required leadtime, from the time receiving fabric to packing and AQL inspection.
• Tracking daily report from CMP sites to ensure shipment date is met.
• Assign team member to follow external subcontractor.

Solving daily issue:

• Report to the Planning Manager, if shipment date cannot be met in every way.
• Report to the Quality Manager, if any quality issue arises.
• Report to the Production Manager about the above and also in term of technical issue.
• Support external subcontractor and working with Technical and/or QA department to solve problem

Strategic Planning:

• Participate in planning and order forecast to foresee bottleneck and solving by increasing subcontractor capacity.
• Execute defined directives by working closely with external subcontractor.
• Identify suitable subcontractor for the long term and establish relationship with them so the company and they can grow together.

Team:

• Identify where the team is lacking of and propose development plan
