Outsourcing Service Manager (Accounting - Tax - Payroll - Corporate Secretary)CÔNG TY TNHH CROWE VIỆT NAM

• Manage an outsourcing team (from 5-10 persons) to properly deliver outsourcing services (accounting, tax, payroll, secretary) to clients with detailed works presented in this link ([protected info]).
• Lead and develop your team to ensure that you have a strong team for current and future development. This means you have to plan, recruit, train, motivate, organize, assess, and manage your team members
• Improve and optimize service processes, and templates of report/working papers.... to satisfy clients in the future, and to ensure the services are more compliant and financially effective.
• Deal with potential clients (normally introduced by the Company) to process proposals and contracts
• Take care of existing clients to maintain their service contracts (Ex: Perform seminars, newsletters, publications, visits,.. )
• Prepare annual budgets for your team and effectively manage it
• If possible, proactively approach and develop new clients, and networks of relations,... to look for opportunities for growth
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday: On an as-needed basis, depending on departmental or customer requirements
Remote Work: 1-2 days per week (not applicable during the probationary period)
