Draft, negotiate, and archive initial contracts for various business matters with overseas clients.
Develop accurate and tailored sales proposals based on client requirements.
Conduct initial telephone outreach to foreign clients and follow up with key accounts.
Collect, organize, and summarize client information to support
business development activities.
Analyze potential clients and develop effective product or service combination strategies.
Collaborate with the Team Leader to expand the company's business.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with foreign clients to promote a positive corporate image within the industry.
Manage financial confirmations and handle settlement-related matters for international clients.
Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
Diploma or above in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in the logistics field is required/preferred.
2-3 years of relevant sales experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred.
Familiarity with freight forwarding operations, maritime transport, and import/export trade is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility with excellent internal and external communication and coordination skills.
Strong business insight and market analysis capabilities.
Good team player with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in office software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English.
Experience in overseas sales or prior work in the overseas department of a freight forwarding company is an advantage.
Salary range: 15 - 20 million VND.
Additional performance-based sales commission.
