Mô tả công việc

- Do Salary Data analysis
- Do salary benchmark and HR report
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with laws and regulations within the C&B team; plan and monitor the audit preparation process ensuring all documents and data are available and compliant.
- Audit records: ensure that the records are completely prepared for the customers to audit.
- Implement monthly internal audits to ensure Company always complies with the law and customer standards.
- Interact closely with related parties to ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with labor and customer regulations.
- Prepare relevant factory inspection reports, ensure data provided on time

Yêu cầu

Education&Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in human administration as an advantage
Language: English intermediate
Experience: At least 3 year experience in the same position
Strong C&B knowledge, data analyst, salary benchmark
