WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Mentor at MentorPair, you will:
Conduct focused 1:1 mentoring sessions with matched mentees
Understand the mentee's goals, situations, and challenges
Ask thoughtful questions to uncover the real issue
Share relevant experiences, perspectives, and lessons learned
Provide practical frameworks and ways of thinking
Challenge assumptions and offer different perspectives when appropriate
Help mentees evaluate options and make more informed decisions
Share practical approaches based on real-world experience
Help turn insights into clear and actionable next steps
Your role is to bring the experience, perspective, and judgment that can help someone see their situation differently and move forward with greater clarity.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for experienced professionals who have:
7+ years of meaningful professional experience
Strong hands-on experience within an industry and/or area of expertise
Experience dealing with real-world challenges, decisions, changes, or complex situations
Strong judgment and problem-solving ability
The ability to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and understand context
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine willingness to share knowledge and experience with others
