Job cycle/ main responsibilities
Cooperating with teams and assisting senior officers, drive JCB business with new/existing partners that lead to increase of issuing cardholders, spending volume and relevant card issuing projects.
1. Responsibilities
(i) Develop and execute the licensee expansion plan to increase JCB partners.
(ii) Drive the business with the existing partners, to increase business area and sales volume.
(iii) Develop and execute the plan to implement new rule, products and services, and operation of JCB, to partners and work with players in the payment industry to build the better business environment.
(iv) Work with relevant team and, control assigned budget to maximize effectiveness of the assigned business.
(v) Assist the senior officers in the assigned business.
2. Job cycle
(1) New partner
(i) Negotiate with new partner candidates to encourage them to do JCB business at earliest timing.
(ii) Maintain close relationship with candidates for success of business and update the latest situation of them, and in put the advantages of JCB and the benefit.
(iii) Support the candidates to set up system and operation related matters, working with teams in Tokyo HQ.
(iv) Collect and analyze JCB's competitors and reflect to JCB's activities.
(v) Work with senior officers and colleagues properly and raise the ability of the officers under you.
(2) Existing partner
(i) Negotiate with the existing partners to encourage them to expand JCB business at earliest timing.
(ii) Maintain close relationship with partners for success of business and update the latest situation of them, and in put the advantages of JCB and the benefit.
(iii) Support the partners to set up system and operation related matters as per partner's or JCB's requirement, working with teams in Tokyo and Thailand.
(iv) Support partners to drive the routine operation with JCB.
(v) Collect and analyze the cooperation between partners and JCB's competitors and reflect to JCB's activity.
(vi) Work with the marketing team to inform the promotions and brand services to partners and to increase and upgrade the promotions and brand services in cooperation with partners.
(vii) Work with senior officers and colleagues properly and raise the ability of the officers under you.
(3) New product / rule implementation
(i) Collect and analyze the situation in the card payment industry and panners' needs, and develop a plan to make an appropriate service or rule for JCB.
(ii) Execute the plan and support partners to make the implementation of each new item and ensure that functions effectively.
(iii) Collect and analyze the status of JCB's competitors and reflect to JCB's activity.
(iv) Work with senior officers and colleagues properly and raise the ability of the officers under you.
