* As a Partner Success Manager - you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the reach of our TPBank EVO credit card in your assigned region. You will be mainly responsible for building relationships with key retail stores, regularly visiting the assigned stores within your region, and playing the role of an EVO ambassador.

What you will do
1. Relationship Building:
- Develop a strong rapport with
Area Sales Managers (ASM), Store Managers & key store staff.
- Conduct regular meetings to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Act as the primary liaison between Trusting Social and Partner's store teams.
2. Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance at the store level, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with Partner's leadership to drive sales effectively through campaign/contest
3. In-Store Activities Coordination:
- Oversee in-store promotional activities and events aimed at boosting card sales.
- Ensure that promotional materials and activities align with Trusting Social and Partner's brand guidelines.
- Gather feedback/insights from store teams and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Training and Support:
- Provide training sessions for Store Managers and their teams on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Create easy-to-understand training materials and sales aids.
- Offer continuous support and guidance to ensure that store teams are equipped to meet sales targets.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on sales performance and in-store activities.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for future sales strategies.
- Present regular performance updates to Trusting Social and Partner's leadership teams.
