Role Overview:
As our Partnership Assistant Manager - Hanoi, Vietnam, you'll be a key player in our sales and partnership development efforts.
This role is split evenly between growing our Vietnam inbound/outbound market and building out our Japan inbound operations and partnerships, and is perfect for someone with a passion for education and cross-border partnership building who is eager to contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
This role is split evenly between the two focus areas below.
Vietnam Inbound/Outbound Market Development (-50%)
-Work closely with South East Asia Senior Partnership Manager (Hanoi-based)
-Develop and manage partnerships with schools, universities, study-abroad agencies, educational institutions, and corporate partners across Vietnam.
-Drive B2B sales and
business development for Vietnam outbound study tours to BlueSky Education's global destinations.
-Support B2B sales and operations for inbound study tour programmes for international students coming to Vietnam ( including Japanese students).
-Represent the company at education fairs, events, and client meetings in Vietnam.
-Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for partners and clients.
-Work with Ms. Alice in achieving sales and partnership development targets for the Vietnam market.
Japan Inbound Operations & Partnership Development (-50%)
reporting directly to Chairwoman ( Singapore-based)
Identify and develop partnership opportunities for Japan inbound programmes.
Set up and develop key partnerships in Japan for BSE Japan inbound programmes, including accommodation, transport, and academic partners in Japan.
-Recruit summer camp / study tour camp staff for Japan inbound programmes.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with Japan-based partners to support business growth.
-Monitor Japan market trends and share feedback to improve programme quality and services.
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
-Identify new business opportunities and expand our partner network.
-Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to support programme growth.
-Support the planning of promotional activities and partner engagement events.
Preferred Qualifications
-Candidates who have studied, lived, or worked in Japan will have an advantage.
-Candidates with experience in tour guiding to Japan are also preferred.
