Mô tả công việc
Identify, build and maintain relationships with TikTok key KOLs aligned with broad target audience and values within key verticals (Fashion, Beauty, Home & Living, or Other) in Vietnam. • Plan and implement KOLs/KOCs marketing initiatives at scale across TikTok channel. Ensure timely content creation, adherence to posting schedules, and compliance with brand guidelines and collaboration terms and agreements.
Track engagement metrics, analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Keep abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.
Develop a variety of creator master data in VN, identify new product campaign, drive product adoption, build creator trust and amplify key creator narratives.
Work with the Commercial team to plan and execute integrated affiliate/creators campaigns across TikTok channels. Assist with other marketing and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's in business, Marketing, Mass Communications, or any other related field.
Proficiency in TikTok platforms for marketing purposes.
Experience in influencer identification and management.
Analytical capabilities for performance tracking and insights.
Understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution. Awareness of influencer marketing trends and social media algorithms.
English - Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills (preferred).
Creativity in leveraging emerging platforms and trends.
Adaptability, problem-solving, and strong attention to detail.
Collaborative team player with a passion for social media.
Experienced working in an ad agency is a plus.
