Compensation/Contest Strategy & Design
Lead the development and enhancement of compensation framework/tactical sales contest/promotions for PD
Ensure compensation schemes are competitive, performance-drive, and aligned with company KPIs & strategy.
Monitor contest performance and effectiveness and provide actionable insights to optimize effectiveness.
Conduct regular benchmarking against market.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with related stakeholders (FIN, HR, Sales, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to: 1) ensure alignment & governance, and 2) balance sales incentives with cost efficiency
Act as a key liaison with Bank Partners and Sales teams to understand the needs of tactical contests & long-term contests and advise appropriate solutions.
Budget plan
Plan, management and control Annual PD Distribution Operation Plan (DOP) .
Manage and control budget Marketing Allowance budget.
Reporting to Group and Related Departments
Provide regular and periodic reports to Group, Finance, and other relevant departments on PD performance tracking and KPI results.
Deliver regular updates for both internal and external monthly meetings on the progress of contests, campaigns, incentives, and budget utilization.
Prepare and submit ad-hoc reports as requested.
Team leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
Build capabilities in analytics, program design, and strategic thinking within the team
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Insurance or Financial Service Industry.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Reporting and Analysis
Detail-oriented, teamwork, and hard working.
Good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills both in English and Vietnamese.
Strong MS Office applications, especially in Excel & Power Point.
Solid quantitative and analytical aptitude.
Has strong interpersonal skills ability to interact congenially with cross-functional colleagues across different levels.
Able to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities as required.
