Scope of work

Search, engage and expand merchant base
Negotiate contracts with Merchants
Ensure smooth Merchant-onboarding processes by collaborating with other teams at UrBox
Acquire merchant for Product Model
Manage the team to ensure to hit KPI
Monitor and analyze metrics in order to recommend optimizations to improve performance and revenues;
Complete other tasks assigned by Manager

Skill requirements

Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of related experience
Previous experience in Business Development, Key Account, Partnership and/or Marketing is a plus
