Hunting and Prospecting:
Identify potential partners through research, cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
Schedule meetings to introduce our company and products.
Persuade content creators and publishers to join our network.
Partnership Development:
Negotiate terms and create win-win partnerships.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Continuously seek out new opportunities for expansion.
Supporting Partners:
Provide ongoing support to partners once onboarded.
Collaborate with key partners to identify growth opportunities.
Address their needs, resolve issues, and foster strong relationships.
Business Intelligence:
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Optimize revenue share models and performance metrics.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align strategies.
Share insights and contribute to overall company growth.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in partnership management or business development (preferred).
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Excellent verbal English skills.
Understanding of business development and partnership strategies.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Self-motivated and results-oriented to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Passion for digital media, entertainment industries and content monetization.
Experience in partnership management or business development (preferred).
