JOB SUMMARY
Title: Partnership Manager

Report Line: Partnership & Purchasing Head/COO
Subordinate: Partnership & Purchasing Executive
Salary Range: Up to 40.000.000 VND
Hiring Purpose: New Hire
Working Time: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday | Hybrid working with 2 WFH days/week
Working Location: 6th Floor, Tuong Viet Building, 95 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam
OBJECTIVES
We are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager with knowledge in digital marketing, strong partnership & stakeholder management skills to:
Promote PMAX's total performance marketing solutions & expertise, and increase competitive capability of PMAX to clients;
Generate revenue and optimize the profitability for PMAX;
Contribute to the growth and development of PMAX, together with equip internal project teams to get up-to-date policies.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Partnership management & development:
Identify, prioritize, and seek for partnership opportunities
Establish a systematic process for partner outreach, and relationship management.
Develop initiatives and strategize new ways to grow current partnerships.
Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners in order to enhance PMAX capability and profitability.
Manage vendor relations, negotiate and finalize deals with partners & alliances in order to optimize profitability.
Buid, implement and follow up JBP plan with each partner from performance (volume), product development/adoption, co-marketing activities, ...
Stakeholder management:
Liaise with cross-functional teams (Media, Account, Creative, Commerce solutions, Marketing...) on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.
Update internal project teams on market trends and best practices from partners.
Work closely with other teams to maintain daily operation from onboarding, monitoring to closing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Must have:
At least 1 year experience as Partnership Manager or Account Manager, or relevant roles as management level.
Good at project management, stakeholder management and partnership development skills.
Excellent communication & negotiation skills, both written and verbal, in both Vietnamese and English - IELTS >=7.0 or relevant.
A strong critical thinker, a problem solver and a data analyst.
Proven track record of constructive networking abilities.
Experience in working with senior stakeholders to generate win-win solutions.
Good to have:
Experience and knowledge in Marketing field, especially agencies side
Supervisory and management experience.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
