Marcel Group is a French owned company running restaurants and bars in Vietnam, including the two main brands, Marcel Gourmet Burger and Café Marcel.

JOB BRIEF
Marcel Restaurants runs two main restaurant brands:
- "Marcel Burger" is a brand of burger restaurants, with outlets in D1, D2, and soon D7. All the production ishandled in our production kitchen located in District 1, then supplied to the different outlets.
- "Café Marcel" is our new flagship, dedicated to brunch. "Café Marcel" has its own kitchen, even thoughcertain items are produced in our production kitchen.
You will be working in the CENTRAL BAKERY that is located inside our burger outlet in D2.
The Head Pastry Chef leads the culinary operations (including research and development) and to organize theproduction, as well as running a clean and efficient kitchen to ensure the highest quality baked goods are produced.
+ OPERATIONS, PRODUCTION & MANAGEMENT
- Runs the bakery and pastry kitchen and ensures adherence to weekly/monthly production schedules.
- In charge of the weekly rosters.
- Ensures quality standards are compliant and recipes are followed 100% of the time.
- Ensures proper safety procedures are being followed and maintains a clean and sanitary environment inaccordance with health department standards.
- Provide costing as well as detailed recipes and technical sheets for every recipe created.
- Keep track of the production as well as perform a monthly inventory.
- Ensures culinary training to foster team member development and succession planning.
- Provides constant feedback.
+ RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
- Creates new recipes by working closely with the management team and following the group standards and DNA.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop new brands and products for the group portfolio.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Fluent in ENGLISH & VIETNAMESE.
- Any degree in Culinary, Baking or Pastry Arts preferred.
- Two years of previous managerial or supervisory experience.
- Possesses an eye for detail and can execute standards accordingly.
- Ability to manage with minimal supervision.
- Modern and casual cooking style preferred.
- Any degree in Culinary, Baking or Pastry Arts preferred.

Quyền lợi được hưởng
SALARY:from 14,000,000VND to 18,000,000VND, reviewed annually.
We also provide:
- Social insurance
- Meal support: 20,000 VND/DAY
- Annual Leave: 1 day per month, active after 6 months
- Bonus, after 6 months, based on time and salary
- Employees after signing the labor contract will get a 50% discount in any outlets of Marcel Group. Thisapplies up to four people (including the employee) and the total bill under 1.000.000VND
- Family and friends of employees can benefit from a 10-20% discount, once confirmed with the concernedemployee.
We also provide:
