[QUANG TRUNG SOFTWARE CITY] WE'RE HIRING PATTERN DEVELOPER
- Working time: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Working location: Orbital 2.0 Building, Lot 32B, Street No. 03, QTSC, Trung My Tay Ward, HCMC.
Job Description:
Develop patterns and control technical specifications during sample development stage.
Coordinate with QA/QC/MD and vendors/factories to ensure product quality and provide technical support.
Review samples (measurement, fitting, quality) and adjust patterns accordingly.
Provide feedback on unreasonable specifications to Merchandising team.
Calculate and provide material consumption (fabric, thread, etc.).
Receive tech packs and build standard patterns and measurement specs for factories.
Check quality of treatments (printing, embroidery, washing, dyeing...).
Work closely with factories and sample teams to resolve technical and sewing issues.

Job Requirements:
College degree or above in Garment/Textile or related field.
2-5 years of experience in garment companies (preferably in technical or knitwear).
Knowledge of pattern making, sample development, and garment techniques.
Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Proficient in Lectra and basic MS Office.
English communication is an advantage.
