Mô tả công việc
Requirements Analysis & Architecture Design: Understand customer business and infrastructure needs; design robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures tailored to workload requirements.
Hands-on Multi-Cloud Deployment: Provision, configure, and maintain multi-cloud environments across AWS Cloud and Vietnam Local Cloud platforms (CMC, FPT Cloud, Viettel IDC, VNG Cloud).
Cloud Security Implementation: Enforce best-practice cloud security controls, including IAM policies, VPC/VNet network isolation, security groups, firewall configurations, and data encryption.
Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution: Rapidly diagnose and resolve technical bottlenecks, network issues, and infrastructure incidents, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
Cloud Optimization & Consulting: Regularly assess customer cloud workloads to recommend architectural enhancements, right-sizing, cost optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.
Architecture Modification & Maintenance: Assist in infrastructure migrations, workload refactoring, and day-to-day architectural updates aligned with evolving client demands.
Technical Documentation: Maintain comprehensive architecture diagrams, configuration manuals, operational runbooks, and incident post-mortem reports in English.

Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Experience: +2 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure design, systems administration, DevOps, or technical cloud operations.
Hands-on Cloud Competency:
Practical, hands-on configuration experience with AWS Cloud core services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
Hands-on deployment or operational experience with at least one or more Vietnamese Local Cloud providers (FPT Cloud, CMC Telecom, Viettel IDC, or VNG Cloud).
Technical Foundations:
Solid understanding of foundational infrastructure concepts: Linux/Windows OS administration, TCP/IP networking, DNS, routing, load balancers, and backup/DR strategies.
Baseline knowledge of cloud security standards, perimeter defense, and compliance practices.
Communication & Mindset:
Active problem solver with a customer-centric attitude and strong diagnostic/troubleshooting mindset.
Fast learner capable of adapting to diverse cloud provider consoles, APIs, and partner tools.
Languages & Work Mode:
English: Fluent (Must be fully capable of technical documentation, requirement discussions, and troubleshooting communication in English).
Work Type: Full-time, strictly on-site at our Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City office. Monday to Friday
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant cloud entry/associate certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, or local vendor certs).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or scripting skills (Bash, Python).
Understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD basics.
