Mô tả công việc

Timely and accurately update of liabilities of providers.
Track and manage payment progress of projects
Collect and check the compliance of payment documents including contracts, debt reconciliation records and invoices.
Periodically reconciling liabilities with the relevant departments
Make report of liabilities based on debt age.
Report liabilities on weekly, monthly, quarterly/annually basic to Chief Accountant and Board of Directors
Other reports on request of Chief Accountant and Board of Directors
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu

Female, under 30 years old.
University graduate or higher with a major in Accounting, Auditing, Finance.
At least 2-year experience as an accountant in the field of Import - Export - Logistics.
Good knowledge and expertise in Accounting.
Good analytical and task management skills.
Good planning, forecasting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Flexible in working time and be able to take business trip on frequent basis
Good command in English, especially in accounting fields
Expertise in using emails, internet searching and Microsoft Office 365.
Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to work under pressure, willingness to take responsibility.
Eager-to-learn, passionate and thriving people.
Be able to work independently as well as teamwork.
Honesty, humble, respect others, quickly adaptable to new technology.
