Collect, gather and check preliminarily reasonability of document deriving from both inside and outside company
Closely monitoring for pending supporting payment document with related departments to complete the set of payment documents as regulations.
Enter and record all transactions into systems, including bookings such as AP (ICN), Advance and GL
Prepare and perform periodically (Every Tuesday weekly) the payment orders due for settlement, for USD payments.
Prepare and upload information of payment into internet banking.
Enter and record all payment transactions into systems.
Bank reconciles every month for USD account.
Filing documents in a proper way, prepare list of payments as requested for filing purposes.
Check and ensure all payments are correct and reasonable.
Submit the supporting document to the Bank.
Work with banks for issues on Payment and bank regulations.
Support other departments and on supplying Payment documents in necessary cases
Others designated by Accounting Manager.
Review expenses occurs in months for reasonableness
Check if any expenses recorded in wrong accounts and correct.
Receive cash and book transactions to Glovia
Reconcile AR balance with customer every month
Work with customers for any discrepancy with AR balances
Reconcile AP balance with overseas suppliers every quarter
Work with overseas suppliers to solve any discrepancy in AP issues
Work with buyer to get credit or replacement goods for shortage goods from suppliers
Check and match CM information to Glovia.
Check and suggest for changing payment term with buyer.
Check and confirm AP balances for audit purposes
Control and maintain efficient AP balances by a good arrangement of Payment schedule.
Prepare reports on Unvourcher, advance every month.
