Reporting to Payment Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:
Processing payment to merchants/users on daily basis with high accuracy and on time.
Liaise closely with business lines to manage and ensure smooth payment flow to our customer and partners such as users, merchants and drivers.
Manage project assigned to team, execute action & timeline needed, report block issue & propose solution to high level.
Working with Finance team to ensure transaction details are captured accurately.
Working with other stakeholders to solve issues regarding payment.
Maintaining payment report up to date.
Continuously brainstorming for improving payment operational processes as well as brings partner's experience.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum 2yrs working in a tech start-up environment (e-commerce, fintech, food delivery...), 1 year of proven experience in a relevant position.
Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of critical thinking, attention to details & numerical skill to keep track of performance & generate a report to top management.
Good communications skill, fluent in speaking & writing English.
High collaboration with all departments, open-minded & flexible align the process with counterparts from other functions.
Fast-learning and open-mind, excellent time management and organizational skills.
Experience with CRM system such as Salesforce or applications that support Customer Care Department
