As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a range of payroll services. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery and provide timely responses to any inquiries.

Let's explore some of the key responsibilities of the position:
Client & Portfolio Management
Manage an assigned portfolio of clients and ensure all engagements are properly maintained.
Coordinate with the team to deliver high-quality services to clients.
Payroll Processing & Compliance
Support accurate and timely processing of monthly/bi-weekly payroll.
Collect, verify and update employee payroll data, including attendance, overtime and deductions.
Support the calculation of statutory deductions and contributions in compliance with Singapore regulations.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity in payroll systems.
Payroll Administration & Client Support
Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding and final payroll settlements.
Generate pay slips and respond to employee payroll queries.
Prepare standard payroll reports and support audits when required.
Ensure payroll documentation is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with internal controls
Essential requirements and skills. Your path to success.
Must Have
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Good computer literacy and ability to work with standard office applications.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Highly Desirable
Chinese language proficiency.
