📍 Ho Chi Minh City - 60A Truong Son, Tan Son Hoa District In this role, you will be responsible for:
🎯Job Objective:
Perform payroll processing and payroll-related tasks for Vietnamese employees; ensure that employee data, timesheets, salary payments, and related reports are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company regulations.
🎯Job Description:
Manage employee databases and other HR applications and systems.
Prepare internal HR reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; provide HR information and data as required.
Manage contracts and process operation and maintenance fees for HRIS, as well as other ad-hoc expenses.
Prepare labor reports as required by government authorities and the Industrial Park Management Board.
Implement salary payments for employees.
Explain and support departments and employees on timesheets, compensation, and other related issues.
Support tax, social insurance, employee information, and employee benefits when required.
Perform other assignments as requested by the Direct Manager.
🎯Job Requirements:
-Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Accounting, or Administration.
-Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
Experience working in aviation companies is preferred.
-Language skills:
English level with TOEIC minimum 500 or equivalent.
-Other requirements:
Good knowledge of Human Resources, especially salary regulations, personal income tax procedures, and social insurance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Good ability to consolidate, process, analyze, and report data.
Good individual and teamwork skills.
Professional ethics, proactive attitude, and willingness to support colleagues.
Possess knowledge of data analytics, applied AI, or automation.
