Payroll Specialist

Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Manage and process employee payroll accurately and efficiently.
Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime in accordance with company policies and regulations.
Ensure timely and accurate payment to employees through direct deposit or other payment methods.
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Address and resolve any payroll-related inquiries or issues from employees or management.
Ensure compliance with IMSS, ISN, and ISR regulations and requirements.
Utilize CONTPAQi® Nóminas software or similar for payroll processing and reporting.
Assist with payroll reporting and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessary.
Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including first day orientation and office tour.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or related roles.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, including IMSS, ISN, and ISR compliance.
Proficiency in using CONTPAQi® Nóminas software for payroll processing.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Spanish.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll issues efficiently.
