Mô tả công việc

Take overall responsibility in the operation of technical matters, production lines, machinery, equipment, technology followed by superior instruction.
Responsible to use engineering solutions to increase equipment availability, increase net operating rate, reduce operation losses, and achieve the standard and acceptable production rates
Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and the Kaizen philosophy, Capability Analysis
Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns.
Cost-saving solution and cost-cutting to Maintain the Maintenance Budget on the optimum level
Why-Why analysis of Machine with Root cause solution by corrective and preventive actions.
Responsible for trial production, new model as Control Flow Chart & Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).
Able to set up process considering productivity, quality, equipment capacity, manufacturing cost, and improvement by self.
Make a plan for optimal equipment, jig, and negotiate with the supplier.
Prepare and issue production standards, production documents required for manufacturing.

Yêu cầu

Graduated from the technical university, universities in specializing in electrical engineering, mechanics, ...
Have experience in this field more than 2 years.
Knowledge about technical drawing, Auto CAD, Solid work, PLC....
English or Japanese Skill.
Knowledge about ISO9001, IATF16949.
Can draw the simple drawing (jig etc), able to design, improve jig etc
Knowledge about machine (electricial and mechanical).
Able to design simple machine, jig by 2D CAD, 3D CAD is an advantage.
Have experience in developing the new manufacturing method in production process is an advantage.
Have experience in set up process for new model (Operation, conditions of Equipment ...) is an advantage
Strong FMEA Understanding.
Have good skills in motivate, communication, negotiation, problem solving, team player and hard working.
Have a passion for work and solving the problem (Monozukuri).

Quyền lợi

Salary will be negotiable.
Bonus: 2 times (Bonus based on positive profit from company business performance of the previous year in Aug and additional 13th-month bonus at before Tet.
Salary increase: One time per year.
