We are searching for a passionate employer brand expert to co-lead our exciting brand transformation journey. Vinamilk is one of the biggest food and nutrition brands in Vietnam and in the world. This is the opportunity for you to be one of the very first building blocks of our transformation. You will act as a pioneer, a change agent, a people empathizer, a culture champion, and most importantly a brand promoter that embodies the new spirit of Vinamilk.
You will be working alongside a dynamic and fast paced team in our strategy office, who's leading the company's strategic agendas for growth.
Main Responsibilities
• Strategy
Establish an employee value proposition that is aligned with our brand mission and purpose, working with EB Team to produce a strategic plan to realize the value proposition.
• Execution
Content writing, design, and execute campaigns that effectively communicate our values to current and prospective employees across multiple touch points (company web pages, career pages, social media, PR, internal events, partnership events etc.). Being able to measure the success and make constant improvements on the action plans.
