YOUR ROLE



As a People Data Analyst, you will work closely with Manager, HR Systems and Planning to maintain People master data and to assist in the formulation and execution of RMIT data governance framework, policy and standards. The range of duties include but are not limited to the following key delivery areas:



Organisation and entity data structure



Workforce data



People systems user guides



Data quality assurance



Master data management



Data integration and data assets



People reporting



This position is directly responsible for people data using a hands-on approach to apply their expertise and knowledge of tools to gather, analyse and organise a diverse range of information by extracting data across sources, completing routine checks. The role will also provide user training and one on one support to key stakeholders.



This role supports to achieve the following objectives:



Drive data quality, integrity, accuracy and consistency across the integrated systems to support data users in core business operations and decision making;



Deliver accurate reports for various people reporting purposes, both internally and externally;



Key liaison with other departments at RMIT in terms of People data enquiries; and provide guidance/training on how to use people systems to users.
