People Operation Manager

field (or equivalent work experience).
• Solid understanding of operational processes and best practices
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the software industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of relevant software and technologies used in the industry
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the software industry
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, systems, and workflows to
enhance efficiency and productivity
• Conduct regular process reviews, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and
implement solutions to optimize operations
