1. Performance Content Execution
Execute performance-driven content.
Plan monthly/quarterly performance content, including video/image/copy formats that support conversion objectives.
Analyze customer insights (e.g., age, gender, persona, needs, etc.) based on existing customer and advertising data.
2. Creative Development & Content Production
Write ad scripts, captions, hooks, and CTAs; collaborate with
designers/video producers to develop creatives (images, short videos, Reels, Stories).
Create content aligned with marketing objectives such as lead generation, conversion, and retargeting.
Design and manage A/B testing for content creatives.
Monitor content performance and proactively propose adjustments to messaging, formats, or visuals to improve results.
3. Analysis & Reporting
Report on performance content effectiveness by campaign (weekly/monthly).
Provide insights to inform future creative concepts and content development.
4. Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the Ads team to align content ideas with media buying strategies.
Guide and collaborate with the creative team (designers, editors, motion team) to ensure content is on-brief and high quality.
Stay updated on content trends and new formats (e.g., Reels, Shorts, TikTok if required) to apply them to performance advertising.
5. Other Responsibilities
Proactively research trends, competitor content, and performance content case studies from fitness/wellness/fat-loss brands.
Propose new content ideas and long-term content strategies (e.g., landing pages, funnel nurturing, customer upsell, retargeting campaigns).
At least 2 years of experience in content marketing, performance content, or
digital marketing.Prefer candidates with hands-on experience creating performance content for Facebook Ads (or similar platforms).
Basic understanding of performance advertising (especially Facebook Ads) - able to read and analyze key metrics and optimize content based on ad data.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to brainstorm and ideate video and visual content concepts.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze content performance, extract insights, and make clear conclusions from data.
Capable of managing multiple content campaigns simultaneously and coordinating with various stakeholders (designers, media buyers, performance team).
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for reporting; familiar with Facebook Ads Manager; basic skills in design or video editing tools are a plus.
