Salary:

Scale and accelerate user growth across product portfolio Manage and build a team of Performance marketing specialist focused on user acquisition, activation, and engagement Partner closely with leaders across marketing, product, data science, and engineering to define and exe-cute successful growth initiatives

What you will do

Executing growth model & strategy: developing and leading the implementation of our growth model & strategy by using paid, organic, and owned media channels including cross promotion to grow new user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention in a scalable and efficient way
Optimize the user journey: working closely with data and product teams to understand the company's user journey, and leveraging insights to reduce friction and unlock new growth and retention opportuni- ties
Own and build key user growth metrics
Mentor and guide Performance marketing specialists, helping to develop their user acquisition and data analytics skills
Make sure the right data infrastructure and growth stack is in place. Evaluate, select, deploy, and manage new systems
Inspire the company with bold, delightful ideas, test them iteratively, drill into results, and feed the learnings back into our product development loop

Qualifications

+5 Years of experiences in user acquisition and/or product marketing of consumer facing product/com-pany
At least 1 year of managing teams
Experience working in a high-growth company with fast-paced decision making processes
Experience in leading teams to design and execute growth strategies and deliver KPIs
Experience in building and coaching teams of product managers
Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial ap- proach
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Focus on growth: Experience running experiments and building user flow and growth models
Technical knowledge about user acquisition
Live and breath data: proven track record running A/B tests, understanding customer needs, launching successful features, communicating results, and collaborating with cross functional teams
Operational rigor combined with excellent business acumen, problem solving, project management and analytical skills
Long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills Humility and growth mindset Curious and empathetic, customer-centric attitude
A good sense of humor
