Mô tả công việc
1. POSITION PURPOSE
- The Performance Marketing Manager drives the marketing department's commercial performance through systematic campaign-specific results and overall measurement.
- The Performance Marketing Manager works closely with all marketing teams in target-setting as well as post-campaign evaluations
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all working plans of the department (including but not limited to Google Marketing team, Facebook Marketing team & Content Marketing team).
- Drive revenue, achieve targeted ROI/ROAS and maintain positive KPIs/OKRs trends; Determine monthly, quarterly and annual revenue forecasts and budgets.
- Track and evaluate KPIs/OKRs of all marketing channels (Google Shopping, Facebook, email, SMS, etc.) and determine necessary adjustments to optimize overall marketing effectiveness in line with budgeted marketing spend.
- Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines including researching, growing and optimizing keyword portfolios and bid management strategies and refining campaigns through ad copy tests, landing pages, negative keywords, etc.
- Coordinate with the Product R&D team to make suitable plans for the development of the products which meet customer's needs and target market trends
- Coordinate with the partners (Google APAC, Agencies etc.) to make plans and execute the performance marketing plans.
Manage the execution of advertising campaigns. Scale and measure results and ROAS/ROI of these campaigns by each team.
- Train and coach team members
- Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on all activities to the CEO

Yêu cầu
1. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- At least 3+ years of experience in digital performance-based marketing and at least 1-year experience as Performance Marketing Manager with successful performance marketing campaign flows, funnels on Facebook, Google, Content marketing (Email, SMS, ...), etc.
- IELTS at least 6.0 (certificate not required)
2. SKILL AND ATTRIBUTES
- Using skilled advertising tools such as: Facebook Ads, Google Ads etc. and measuring tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, ...
- Deep knowledge in online bases: Facebook, Google, Email, etc and digital/ performance marketing.
- Characteristics: data driven mindset; detail-oriented; result-oriented; positive; highly self-motivated and proactive; can-do attitude
- Skills: leadership, problem-solving, planning, making decisions; management; strong analytical skill; critical thinking.
- Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels
- Self-starter mentality and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Working under high pressure
- Preferred to candidates:
+ Having working experience in E-commerce companies especially in Lazada, Shopee, Tiki etc. or other POD Ecommerce Companies
+ Being able to manage the budget of a hundred thousand USD per month
+ Having knowledge and interest in US/EU's culture

Quyền lợi
- Gross Salary 20,000,000 - 40,000,000 VND/month
- Incentives based on the department's performance; annual gross income up to 1 billion VND.
- Allowance: 500,000 VND/month. Probation time: 02 months with 85% of Gross salary.
- Medical and social insurance abided by Vietnam's Law; special health care package for manager level and other benefits followed company's policy (company trips; department building; annual bonus in holidays)
- Many chances to perform in the global market, developed countries (The US, EU) in E-commerce with super fast growth rate.
- Working with young, enthusiastic and proactive associates in an inspiring environment.
- Incentives based on the department's performance; annual gross income up to 1 billion VND.
- Allowance: 500,000 VND/month. Probation time: 02 months with 85% of Gross salary.
