performance Marketing team lead (facebook)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proficient in English language (especially Reading skill) .
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
- At least 1 years of experience in managing a team of 3-5 marketing specialists.
- Strong technical knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms, including setting up campaigns, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
- Experience in Google, Tiktok or Pinterest ads is a plus
- Experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
- Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
