Mô tả công việc
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition,and revenue growth.
Manage and optimize Facebook and Instagram campaignstomeet company KPIs.
Lead and mentorateam of 3-4 marketing specialiststoimprove their performance, knowledge and skills.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives that drive conversions.
Work with the data team to analyze campaign data and identify areas of improvement.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and present findings to the executive team.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proficient in Reading skill.
At least 2 years of experiencein e-commerce, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
At least 1 years of experience in managing a team of 3-5 marketing specialists.
Strong technical knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms, including setting up campaigns, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
Experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and abilitytointerpret datatodrive business decisions.
Self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and working in afast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in Reading skill.
