About the job:
We are looking for someone who has multi-platform experience with expertise across the programmatic as well as self-serve biddable media ecosystem. The person would create implementation plans, set up, monitor, optimize, deliver, and report campaigns across these platforms. Over and above programmatic and self-serve platforms, the person would also oversee the delivery of an implementation plan for e-commerce onsite & offsite.
Apart from delivery, proactive troubleshooting working with platform owners and publishers would be a key expectation from this role.

Key Accountabilities
1. Implementation Planning
Interprets performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet campaign objectives.
Emphasize the importance of data-driven decision-making.
2. Campaign Management
Provides day-to-day implementation, optimization, and upload of client campaigns through direct input.
Supervise junior staff in campaign activities.
3. Reporting
4. Innovation solution
Continuously seeks new opportunities to drive revenue by expanding our services by keenly understanding the client's business challenges/goals.
Job Requirements
Knowledge & experiences
Minimum three years of experience in digital media execution and media agency background.
Self-serve platform knowledge, e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager.
Experience in E-commerce Onsite & Offsite Ads.
Expert knowledge of ad ops and measurement platforms (e.g. Integral Ad Science, MOAT, Double Verify, Grapeshot, etc).
Thorough understanding of the programmatic buying process.
Knowledge of display, video, OTT, paid social and audio inventory ecosystem, and ad formats, including planning and buying capabilities.
Hands-on running of performance campaigns is a plus.
