3 years performance tester, prefer having experience in domain banking or fintech.
Able to collaborate with System Architects,
Business Analysts, and
Developers to define Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
Experience in designing comprehensive performance test scenarios simulating peak usage and covering critical transactions.
Experience in building, customizing, and maintaining performance test scripts with Apache JMeter or K6
Execute load, stress, spike, and endurance tests.
Able to set up and manage performance test environments, including large-scale test data preparation.
Experience in analyzing test results and monitoring metrics (CPU, Memory, Network I/O, Database) using Prometheus, Grafana, and APM tools.
Identify bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and propose optimization solutions.
