The role:
Reporting to the Head of Growth & Marketing, you will be working to execute strategies to improve our acquisition, conversion, and retention goals.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with key media partners to create innovative partnerships and proactively identify solutions and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy and detailed execution plan.
- Oversee and optimize digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns to maximize user acquisition and retention.
- Manage and allocate budgets effectively across all digital channels, ensuring a high return on investment and efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign performance. Devise strategies to enhance customer loyalty and minimize churn rates.
- Plan, execute, and optimize key traffic KPIs across paid, organic, and owned media channels, ensuring measurable success.
- Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies to streamline user acquisition and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with management to share insights on funnel conversion, provide feedback, and present performance results.
