Personal Assistant (F&B)

* Job Overview:
As our Personal Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in our start-up chain of bakeries and restaurants in Nha Trang. You will be responsible for joining and building a passionate team within the Food and Hospitality Group, helping us create an unforgettable experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include administrative and operational tasks, hiring staff, conducting interviews, finding suppliers, and supervising our marketing efforts.
1. Staff Recruitment and Management:
• Collaborate with team members to define job roles within our bakeries and cafes.
• Post job openings on local platforms and work with agencies to find the best candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assist with onboarding new team members.
2. Supplier Sourcing and Negotiation:
• Research and identify potential suppliers for ingredients, packaging, and equipment.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of supplies.
3. Language Support:
• Act as a crucial link in bridging language barriers between our team, suppliers, and local authorities.
4. Marketing Supervision:
• Oversee marketing activities and ensure they align with our business objectives.
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
5. Administrative Support:
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence and facilitate communication between team members and external contacts.
