Personal Assistant Korean (HCM) - Salary 20 Mil+++

Manage calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute notes and action items.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, and ground transportation.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and memos.
Provide project support to the EVP and department, including assisting with research, preparing reports, and completing other tasks as assigned.
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and physical.
Collaborate with other departments to complete projects and tasks as needed.
In charge of other admin tasks as requested.
