Main Responsibility
- Executive Support: Assist CBO with daily tasks, manage calendar, organize travel, prepare reports/presentations, and handle confidential matters.
- Sales Administration: Manage sales materials, maintain and verify data accuracy, consolidate reports, and support events.
- Payment & Expense Management: Prepare, submit, and track payments; monitor expenses; follow up on approvals.
- Coordination & Communication: Liaise between departments, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by CBO
Qualification and Experience Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Minimum 3 years in executive assistant or administrative roles.
- Experience in sales support or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
