Manage promoter team, tracking sales target and incentive of all PGs NATION-WIDE.
Build good team spirit as One Team - One Goal.
Recruit and train the PG team as sales consultant with good customer service mindset.
Evaluate PG's competencies via sales target in the Region.
Manage the documentation for PG team in payroll, sales tracking, OOS, reports.
Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Demo & Merchandising) and external stakeholders (Customers) to make sure perfect execution.
Yêu cầu
College/ University Degree.
3-5 years working experience in leading PG Team.
Experience in Electronics/ Home Appliances is a plus.
Result Orientation.
Good customer service mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
People management skills, get-things-done attitude.
Passionate & able to work under high pressure.
