This position reports to Head of Ethical Marketing & Business Innovation.
The Business Innovation Manager oversees and executes activities related to business innovation, including outsourcing, toll manufacturing, export, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other initiatives. The goal is to generate non-organic and new business opportunities aligned with the organization's mid-term and long-term strategies.
Develop strategic plans to create non-organic business opportunities aligned with the organization's mid-term and long-term goals.
Identify and pursue new clients through traditional, media, and social platforms, including publishing, advertising, electronic media, and industry relationships.
Generate new ideas, assess their potential impact, and conduct feasibility studies.
Lead negotiations and finalize business agreements for outsourcing, tolling, and export ventures.
Support the development of new product pipelines by sourcing from external suppliers.
Participate in priority projects that have medium to long-term impacts on new business.
Oversee business development projects until they reach routine operation, then transition them to the appropriate departments.
Work with regional and local stakeholders on merger and acquisition projects.
Establish processes and enhance organizational competencies for business innovation.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct leader.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
5-10 years of experience in business innovation, strategy, or related fields.
Proven track record in managing outsourcing, toll manufacturing, export, and M&A projects.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
5-10 years of experience in business innovation, strategy, or related fields.
Proven track record in managing outsourcing, toll manufacturing, export, and M&A projects.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
