Develop new product formulations as assigned.
Phát triển công thức sản phẩm mới theo phân công.
Prepare and review ACTD dossiers and regulatory documents.
Soạn thảo và rà soát hồ sơ ACTD và tài liệu đăng ký.
Prepare and review validation protocols and reports (process, equipment, cleaning, computer system).
Soạn thảo và rà soát đề cương, báo cáo thẩm định (quy trình, thiết bị, vệ sinh, hệ thống máy tính).
Develop and maintain Validation Master Plan (VMP) and annual validation summary reports.
Xây dựng và duy trì VMP và báo cáo tổng kết thẩm định hằng năm.
Monitor stability studies and ensure compliance with validation requirements.
Theo dõi độ ổn định và đảm bảo tuân thủ yêu cầu thẩm định.
Maintain technical documentation in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (GDP compliant).
Quản lý tài liệu kỹ thuật theo yêu cầu GMP và cơ quan quản lý (tuân thủ GDP).
Coordinate with Technical Services and Production to resolve technical issues and support daily operations.
Phối hợp với TS và Sản xuất để xử lý vấn đề kỹ thuật và hỗ trợ vận hành hằng ngày.
Report deviations within 24 hours and participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
Báo cáo sai lệch trong vòng 24 giờ và tham gia điều tra nguyên nhân gốc, hành động khắc phục.
Ensure compliance with change control requirements.
Tuân thủ quy trình kiểm soát thay đổi.
Support Operational Excellence initiatives and perform other assigned duties.
Hỗ trợ chương trình OE và thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công.
