JOB DESCRIPTION:
- User Acquisition (30%):
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage new users across all social media platforms.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
- Collaborate with the headquarters marketing team to integrate social media initiatives with broader acquisition goals.
- Content Creation & Management (60%):
- Design, curate, and manage compelling content that resonates with MFast's target audience.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar that aligns with the company's goals, industry trends, and key events.
- Engage with MFast's social media community, responding to comments and messages to foster a loyal online following.
- Report on customer insights, blending data with an understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted in-depth interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback.
- Mini-Event Coordination (10%):
- Plan and execute mini-events such as online contests, and social media collaborations.
- Track and analyze the performance of these events to inform future strategies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record in a specialist or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting.
- Experience in driving user acquisition and audience growth on social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
- Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building communities and engaging audiences.
