Việc làm Marketing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

User Acquisition (30%):
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage new users across all social media platforms.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
- Collaborate with the headquarters marketing team to integrate social media initiatives with broader acquisition goals.
Content Creation & Management (60%):
- Design, curate, and manage compelling content that resonates with MFast's target audience.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar that aligns with the company's goals, industry trends, and key events.
- Engage with MFast's social media community, responding to comments and messages to foster a loyal online following.
- Report on customer insights, blending data with an understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through targeted in-depth interviews, usability studies, and customer feedback.
Mini-Event Coordination (10%):
- Plan and execute mini-events such as online contests, and social media collaborations.
- Track and analyze the performance of these events to inform future strategies

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record in a specialist or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in content creation, including graphic design, video production, and copywriting.
Experience in driving user acquisition and audience growth on social media.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building communities and engaging audiences.
