JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assist the General Manager in daily tasks.
Provide administrative support for the office, including managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies.
Oversee office facilities and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and deliveries.
Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for office operations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all administrative matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
From 2+ years of experience in Office Admin position or related role.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Independent, resilient, and self-motivated.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
