Brief summary of job profile:
Support the effort to accomplish the Pho24 mission of being a leading consumer brand in Vietnam and a champion of Vietnam Pho. Applicant will plan and lead the execution of the Annual Marketing Calendar on budget and per KPIs.
Build the brand positioning, market penetration, restaurant sales and profitability of Pho24 via marketing, communications and local restaurant marketing.
Manage all marketing activities, including advertising, public relations, sales promotion, media buying, digital marketing, creative development, research and local restaurant marketing in a professional manner, build MKP SOP, build team.
Key Tasks:
Plan & Execute Annual Marketing Calendar through leadership of team. On time. Per budget. Per KPIs.
Establish efficient and timely metrics to drive results
Brand Alignment, Training and enforcement across departments and channels
Track brand health (U&A study, profitability per segment, consumer insights and feedbacks).
Supplier and Partner management and value extraction
Keep abreast of competitor activities including new promotions, menu items, price increases, service styles, locations, etc.
Ensure each new marketing program has carefully planned project timelines with buy-in from other departments where required, and leading/coaching all project team members to execute on time and on quality
Provide leadership to attract, develop and engage a high performance team. Ensure succession planning.
Process management, execution & continuous improvement.
Look for ways to improve profitability through Marketing Strategies and other opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators:
Achievement of Annual Marketing Plan Key Objectives
Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly and Project Based reports submitted on time and per template agreed
Revenue growth (TC & AB)
Brand Health Indicators (Customer Segment Growth, U&A, Customer Feedback)

Education/ Training Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, foreign Trade field, hospitality management...
Experience:
Over 3 year experience in a similar position. Proven project management and executional ability delivered through teams
