Giám Đốc Marketing) will support the Marketing Director in leading the overall marketing strategy and execution for Phu My Hung Development Corporation. This full-time, on-site role in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam involves overseeing brand positioning, integrated campaigns, and communication activities across traditional and digital channels. The position is responsible for coordinating market research, analyzing customer insights, and guiding product and communication strategies for residential and commercial projects.
The Deputy Marketing
Director will manage and mentor the marketing team, work closely with sales, project development, and corporate communications, and ensure that all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and brand standards. The role also includes budget planning, performance tracking, and preparing regular reports for senior leadership.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional marketing teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
Proven ability in strategic marketing and brand management, including campaign planning, positioning, and integration of traditional and digital channels.
Experience in real estate, urban development, or related industries, with a solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret market research, performance data, and financial metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese; proficiency in English is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master's degree or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with a high level of accountability.
