PHP Developer Magento/Symfony

What You'll Be Doing

• Working on Web and Mobile products for a diverse range of clients and industries.
• Working and pair programming with other developers to build applications with PHP.
• Working with Product Owner to convert business requirements into technical designs.
• Cooperating with UI Designer to implement modern minimalist designs into production.
• Learning new languages and frameworks to improve yourself and stay current in an ever-changing environment.

Must Have

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with one of the PHP frameworks: Magento, Symfony, Laminas, Laravel.
• Familiar with MVC design pattern.
• Familiar with e-commerce platforms.
• Good grasp of fundamental web development concepts such as security, performance and scalability.
• Relevant knowledge of relational database systems such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Extreme Programming methodologies such as Test-Driven Development, Refactoring, and Continuous Integration.
• Experience with Agile Process and Scrum Methodologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Familiar with either Angular, ReactJS or VueJS is a plus.
• Familiar with web front-end optimization and SEO.
• Experience with deployment, scaling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
