Update competitor information by importing data from sales of product categories by drafting, aggregating, formatting and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distribute reports.
Collaborate with the Marketing Agency to align marketing efforts with business goals, and to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
Prepare correspondence and catalogues by formatting content and images; arranging the printing and charging of the Internet package.
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and company values.
Assist in organizing property tours, open houses, and community/ company events to boost engagement.
Achieve marketing and organizational goals by achieving relevant results as required, according to marketing plans, promotional advertising programs.
Collect information about customers, customer needs, customer capabilities, etc.
Collect and process information about competitors.
